Its coming up to that time of the year :xmas-smilie:

We are off to Valkenburg and Dusseldorf for the Christmas lights and markets......a change from Birmingham......as much as we enjoy it there.

Bring on the Bratwurst and Curry wurst........and that lovely German Bier to wash it down 🍻.......Prost!! :)

Have a good time Bill, bit early for Christmas decorations but what the heck…it gets earlier each year.

How did your weekend away go Alan, I hope it was all that you planned and hoped for…also that the boy forgave you for leaving him behind when you got home.

Hey Bill wonderful weekend, thanks for asking! We so rarely get away together. Minor accident unloading The Boy on our return ( I stupidly twisted my back), but otherwise all good.

The Boy spent our weekend with a family of sausage dogs, and although each one would have made a reasonable snack for him they all had a great time. When we picked him up three of the sausages were stood side by side between his legs… so funny! The Boy is nothing if not good hearted and gentle, and always loves the company of small dogs and children.

But it’s great to be home again!

Alan
