Ticket to the Moon – Convertible bug net 360
Kindly supplied for review by Man O Leisure (www.manoleisure.com)
100% polyester
Netting 81 holes /square centimetre
Weight 350gm
Size 280cm x 130cm
Double zipper
Washable 30 degrees c
Mildew resistant.
With all the Ticket to the Moon items there is a small card with instructions which are very useful but I am not sure how long they would last in normal use so you need to remember the process. I fitted the bug net over the hammock with reasonable ease and found the instructions were good. I then tried getting in and out of the hammock/bug net combined. Not as easy as some hammocks with fitted nets but not difficult.
The zips worked well and were easy to find and operate. I liked the light (white) colouring but not sure how well that would stand up to my normal use. Probably need a wash after every weekend out the way I mess things up! It does seem to hang close to the ground but that may be my poor fitting/adjustment. More practise would probably see a better fit.
Another well made product and being separate from the hammock you have the choice to leave it off if there are no bugs about.
