Theoben have been producing Pre-Charged Pneumatic air rifles since 1990. The first being the award winning and still extremely popular, Rapid 7. Originally only available .22 calibre and with two 7 shot magazines - now refered to as the Rapid MkI. Since then, more than ten thousand of the original Rapid MkI have been produced - not including production of any other Rapid models! Many advances have been made over the years - all Rapids are available in the four main calibres - .177 .20 .22 & .25 and there is a multi shot magazine available for each calibre. As well as the 12ft lbs (UK legal limit) version, there are also FAC (firearms) versions.
