First cut your potatoes in to long and thin shapes, leave the skins on
Wrap each one in a slice of bacon, place in a roasting tray
Drizzel with a little oil and roast untill the bacon is brown and crispy
While this is cooking, get your 4-6 duck eggs in a pan of boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain, cut off the lids and put in to egg cups or in to the egg box
Serve 3 baconchips with each egg, and a pinch of pepper and salt
