Stuffed Chicken Breast


  • Chicken Breasts
  • Smoked Cheddar
  • Sliced Salami
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • Smoked Bacon Slices


Open out the chicken breast. Slice so it opens into two halves. If they are small cover them with cling film and flatten them with a rolling pin.

Grate smoked chedder (or a cheese of your choice) across the top. Now add sliced salami that has been cut into strips. Give a good covering of fresh ground black pepper.

Now roll up.

To hold together wrap with two slices of bacon preferably smoked. What I suggest is to use the bigger part of the bacon to go over the roll join and then wrap around to stop the roll coming apart. Again cover with black pepper.

Roast in the oven for 45mins
