Squirrel 'n' Mash


  • 3+ Cleaned Squirrels
  • Olive Oil
  • 1lb Chopped Tomatoes
  • 3 Crushed Garlic Bulbs
  • Half Tube Tomato Puree
  • 3 Fingers Of Corriander
  • Potatoes


In a medium size pan ,coat the base in a generous covering of olive oil, 1lb of chopped tomatoes, 3 crushed garlic bulbs, half a tube of tomato puree, 3 fingers of corriander

Bring to the boil, stiring regularly, add water to approx 1/3 up the pan, continue to stir, and bring to the boil again.

Add 3+ cleaned squirrel, simmer for 2-3 hours on a very low heat, till the meat almost falls off the bone.

Do a seperate pan of mashed potatoes

Serve the squirrel on top of the mashed potatoes and smother in the sauce
