Dredge squirrel in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
Brown them in hot fat in the skillet.
Put meat in a caserole dish or roaster.
Cover with sour cream mixed with mushrooms and onions.
Sprinkle top with paprika.
Bake at 350 degrees F. until done, about 1 hour.
