Fry the rabbit meat in a light coating of olive oil and salt and pepper, seasoning until brown.
Slice the chorizo sausage into chunks and add to the rabbit, fry together for 2-3 minutes on a medium heat. also add the chilli now if you like it.
Add reggae reggae sauce to the pan and further fry until your satisfied its cooked to your desired degree.
Take off the heat and allow to settle while you pop your salad garnish and chiabatta onto your serving plates.
Drissle the olive oil over the warm chiabatta.
Add the reggae reggae rabbit to your plates.
- Plenty of deboned rabbit meat.
- One jar of reggae reggae sauce.
- Some chorizo sausage, not the sliced stuff!!! the real mouldy stuff from the deli.
- Salad garnish.
- Chiabatta baked and cut accross to make slices.
- Good quality olive oil.
- Some fresh chillies.
