Chopped up an onion and some mushrooms, started them frying in large pan
Cut pigeon breasts in to sixes, put in with mushrooms and onion and brown off
Add some garden peas
Add a can of Boddingtons
Add some mixed herbs, black pepper and salt
Bring to the boil then simmer to reduce the liquid
Cook till reduced enough to your taste, serve and eat
