Place everything in a blender until smooth
Simmer on a hob for 20 minutes then allow to cool before bottling

- 1 lime
- 40g birds eye chiles
- 60g scotch bonnet chiles
- 4floz lemon juice
- 8floz vinegar
- 5 teaspoons english mustard
