Black Peppercorn Sauce

Black Peppercorn Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 (227ml) pot double cream
  • 2 tablespoons black or green peppercorns
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brandy

Method:

In a small saucepan, heat cream over medium low heat, being careful not to boil.

Stir in peppercorns, Worcestershire sauce and brandy and simmer for 2 to 5 minutes.

Serve immediately.
