Put the potatoes into a big pot with water, bring to boil then simmer for 5 minutes.
Leave the potatoes simmering, place the rabbit, steak, onions and mushrooms into a frying pan
Let the meat seal then low fry for 5 - 10 min stirring all the while
Whilst this is happening mix up your gravy granules and dried onion with a little cold water,
drain the potatoes but make up your gravy with some of the water
Place the gravy, meat and remaining vegetables in with the potatoes and bring to the boil and then simmer for 5 minutes.
Now it's ready to eat or you can drop the heat right down and simmer for 2 1/2 hrs and let it thicken up (stir every 10 min or so)

- Bag of new potatoes or normal potatoes cut to new potato size
- Peas
- Carrots
- Cauliflower
- Punnet of mushrooms
- 2 Onions
- Gravy granules of choice
- Dried onion if desired
